New Rendering Unveiled for 589 Fulton Street
A new rendering has dropped for 589 Fulton Street, a 52-story, mixed-use tower, set for Downtown, Brooklyn. Developed by , the building would contain residential units and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar level, dedicated office space, and an indoor sports and recreation facility.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. While the zoomed-out rendering doesn't showcase the design in too much detail, it's the most accurate depiction available right now, and it serves to show what the tower will eventually look like within the surrounding (and vertically growing) neighborhood.
