New Renderings Available for Mixed-Use Development Planned in Tampa’s NoHo District
New renderings show the plans for The Project, a new mixed-use in Tampa’s North Howard, NoHo, District. The buildings on the site have been demolished. The Project will consist of a combination of commercial uses such as retail, office and restaurants. No residential properties are included in the plans. An existing building that is 13,368-square feet will be renovated and three new buildings totaling 24,636 square feet are proposed. The development will be spread across five parcels of land, totaling 1.75 acres, that were acquired by the developer.
