New Renderings Released for 10 West 17th Street

New renderings have been unveiled for a 17-story, residential development, set to rise at 10 West 17th Street in Manhattan's Flatiron District.

Designed by , the highly unique facade has been inspired by the characteristics of loose fabric, and fancy historical dresses, worn by women in the 1700's.

Developed by , and to be known as "10W17", the building is set to contain condos. Likely targeted towards luxury buyers, these units will be offered in two, three, and four-bedroom configurations. Plans also call for a cellar level, a rear yard, and 2,000 square feet of tenant amenities.

10W17 will ultimately stand feet tall and total square feet. The project site is currently vacant and no demolition will be required. Construction is expected to finish sometime in 2025.
