New Renderings Released for 1217 West Washington Blvd
New renderings have been released for the 1217 West Washington Blvd development. They propose keeping the two historic office buildings and using the open parcel to build a 19-story mixed-use tower that will house retail, parking, and 288 residential units. They are to propose this plan, and seek approval by the end of 2021 to start construction in spring 2022.
