New Renderings Revealed for 26-Story Tower Project in Midtown

New renderings have been released for a topped-out, 26-story commercial tower, going up at 125 West 57th Street in Midtown, Manhattan.

Developed by , the mixed-use structure will contain square feet of office space and 47,436 square feet of community facility space.

The building will offer an amenities terrace and most of its north-facing offices will boast unhindered views of Central Park. The tower will also have 2-ground floor retail units, and a large portion of the community space will be used by the Calvary Baptist Church.

The church has continuously occupied the property since 1883, and its previous facilities were demolished in order to make room for the new development. Space will therefore be retained on the lower level of the building for worship and educational purposes.

Designed by , with  serving as the general contractor, 125 West 57th Street stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is estimated to wrap up by June of 2025.
