New Renderings Revealed for Downtown Tampa Development
The developers have revealed new renderings for a downtown Tampa mixed-use development. Located at 505 East Tyler Street in Downtown Tampa, the 34,000 square property will feature a residential tower with 450 residential apartments, with 11,500 square feet of amenity space, 600 parking spaces as well as 9,430 square feet of retail space. The development will be the centerpiece of NoDo (North Downtown) a submarket of upscale residential living with access to nearby restaurants and other downtown Tampa attractions including the Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, pedestrian trail, Tampa General Hospital and the University of Tampa. Construction is expected to start in 2023.
