New Renderings Revealed For Jungle Island Miami + Possibility of Partnership with LVMH
Developers have released new renderings for the12-story hotel that will feature 300 rooms and a 7-story parking garage with 965 parking spaces with a jungle designed feel. The owners of Jungle Island have also said to be in talks with LVMH to partner on dining and entertainment at the resort.
In January, the projects 7-story parking garage entered the construction permitting phase and is estimated to cost over $50M.
