New Warehouse Rises in Long Island Industrial Park

Construction is progressing on a brand new, Class-A, industrial warehouse project, going up at 90 Wilshire Boulevard in Edgewood, New York. At this time, the pre-cast concrete walls have been erected around the steel skeleton, and the roof is now being installed.

Developed by Wolkoff Group, on one of the last unbuilt lots in the 400-acre, Heartland Business Center, the 160,000 square foot building will be split into two units, primarily intended for use by large distribution operations.

The structure will feature 20 loading dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, 48 by 50 foot column spacing, and an ESFR sprinkler system. The property will have 300+ parking spaces, located around the perimeter.

The development is conveniently positioned just a few minutes from the Long Island Expressway and is located less than an hour's drive from New York City. Construction is expected to complete by this summer, and the building should be operational well before the end of the year. Heartland Business Center, which is owned by Wolkoff Group, is handling leasing duties in-house.
