New York Firm Proposes 30-Story Mixed-Use in Fort Lauderdale
The Benjamin Companies has proposed a new mixed-use property in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The plans call for a 1,170,112 square-foot building that would provide 542 residential units.
The Fort Lauderdale Development Review Committee is scheduled to review the plans and make a decision on whether to approve the project.
