Newark Mixed-Use Development Receives Big Construction Loan
J&L Companies has secured a $94 million construction loan with the help of Greystone for its development at 55 Union Street in Newark, NJ. Greystone was able to arrange financing through a syndicate of lenders. The 12-story building is currently under construction, and will have 403 residential units. In addition, it will have 3,000 sqft. of retail space, and a 196-vehicle parking garage.
