Newest Phase Revealed of Massive 164-Acre Coconut Creek Development
Developers GSR RE Partners and 13 Street Investments filed plans for Block A, the next phase in the development of MainStreet at Coconut Creek. The plans call for an apartment complex featuring 472 apartments and a parking garage with 828 spaces. The complex would be split into five buildings, each five stories, and would feature amenities of a clubhouse and fitness center.
The developers will await the decision from the city's Development Review Committee.
