The structure is roughly 30,000 sq. ft. The plans propose to subdivide the roughly 17-acre lot into 3 parcels, likely for later development.
Plans call for a 3-story building with roughly 13 classrooms, a cafeteria, a media room, and a yoga studio.
The application for the school was made under Building Bridges Across the River, the development effort to build a park-bridge across the Anacostia River.
