NPC Approved for 15-19 Congress
The Notice of Project change for 15-19 Congress Street, part of the Congress Square development has been approved by the BPDA. The approval calls for approximately 116 hotel guestrooms instead of 35 condominiums. Retail space will continue to be included on the ground floor and there is virtually no change to the structure and massing of the building.
