NPC Approved for Dorchester Workforce Housing Development
A notice of project change has been approved for 270 Talbot Avenue in Dorchester. Approved in 2020, the project now calls for the 21 apartment units to be swapped out for 18 condominium units. The project is also set to include 2,960 square feet of retail space, and nine parking spaces.
