Observation Labs Proposed for Germantown
Plans are under review to convert a 68k sq. ft. building located on Observation Drive into Observation Labs, a rebranding and retrofit of the current office and industrial suite.
The developer plans to offer spec. suites ranging from roughly 4,000 to 8,000 sq. ft. by the first quarter of next year, as well as build-to-suit lab space up to 55K SF.
