Office building in Rockville to convert into small multifamily
Plans have been submitted to renovate and repurpose the existing 24,000 sf office building to a multifamily building. The development will consist of 17 single-family attached units (row homes), and 12 multi-family condominium units. GTM is the architect for the project.
