Office Project Wraps Up at 76 8th Avenue
General contractor, Press Builders, has fully finished constructing a 10-story commercial building, at 76 8th Avenue in Manhattan. Positioned right at the crossroads of Chelsea, the West Village, and the Meatpacking District, the new development is known as "76 Eighth".
Jointly developed by Sang Lee, Plus Development Group, and Noviprop, it primarily contains office space, with 9-floors of dedicated suites, totaling square feet. There is also square feet of retail space spanning the ground floor and the cellar.
Interiors have been designed by Plus Design Group and Raad Studio with the goal of creating an airy and open environment, catered to the contemporary New York office worker.
The building features several creature comforts for office tenants, such as a rooftop deck, a mid-level outdoor terrace, 12-foot tall ceilings, and full-height glass windows to let in extra light.
Designed by , 76 Eighth stands feet tall and totals square feet. The development comes amid a growing trend in the city for smaller, boutique office buildings that put a greater emphasis on employee well-being.
