Oliver Street Capital Planning Renovations to Lowell Warehouse

Oliver Street Capital has submitted plans for renovations to 240 Industrial Ave. in Lowell. The firm acquired the roughly 167,000-square-foot property in October 2021 for $19M. Plans call for the addition of loading docks to the building, revitalizing the building’s façade features and enhancing the site’s parking layout to accommodate future tenants. There are currently 50 parking spaces on site and 90 parking spaces are proposed to make the site more conforming to the City’s Ordinance.
