One of Boca Raton's Largest Private Equity Estate Investors Nabs Synovus Bank Building for $6.1M
The Co-Founder of Investments Limited, James Batmasian has recently acquired the 7,581 square foot Synovus Bank building. Located in heart of Mizner Park at 140 N Federal Highway, Batmasian purchased the property for $6.1 million. The sellers included a partnership that includes Chaim Cahane’s Forte Capital Management, and two entities of Brooklyn, one led by Zipporah Goldstein and another led by Richard Kaplin that purchased the property in 2013 for $4.6 million.
Batmasian founded Investments Limited soon after moving to Boca Raton in 1983 with his wife Marta Batmasian. Their firm now has a portfolio that spans over 4 million square feet and 4,000 apartments, mostly in Palm Beach County and Boston.
