Paradigm Now Planning Condo Tower for Alexandria Site
Paradigm Development has filed updated plans for 2200 Dock Lane near the Eisenhower Avenue Metro station. Original plans for the site called for a 9-story hotel, but now the developer wants to construct a 12-story condo building on the site. The new plans call for 111 units, a mix of 79 one-bedrooms, 30 two-bedrooms, and two penthouse three-bedrooms. Amenities would include a fitness center, theatre, and a pet spa. Paradigm recently completed Meridian 2250, a 400+ unit apartment tower, on a neighboring site.
