Parcel 12 Development Team Preps for Ramp Relocation
An electrical permit valued at $7.15M has been pulled to enable the I-90 ramp relocation and median demolition as part of the Parcel 12 development. The work will include the installation of new tunnel lighting and control cameras along with new fire alarm devices. The upcoming project on the site will include one new office building (around 325K square foot), and a second hotel building, a citizenM hotel, (around 150K square feet) rising from a podium base with first and second-story retail and restaurant space (around 70K square feet).
