Penthouse in Downtown St. Petersburg Listed for $10 Million
A penthouse in Saltaire, new 35-story condominium tower in downtown St. Petersburg, is listed for $10 million. The condominium was purchased for $7.7 million in December 2023. Construction was completed on Saltaire, which offers 192 condominiums, as well as 9,000 square feet of ground level retail space. The two and three-bedroom residential units range from 1,663 to 2,712 square feet and the four penthouses have either 7,630 or 7,910 square feet. The residences sold out a little over a year before the completion date of August 2023. The development will include an amenity deck on the seventh floor above the parking garage which will have 596 spaces. The site is next to the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront Hotel, on a former surface parking lot. Kolter, the developer, is building 205 parking spaces for the hotel as part of the sale.
