Permit Application Filed for South Tampa Mixed-Use Project

 

 

A permit application has been filed with the City of Tampa for the initial site and foundation for Tyson Point, a 29.62-acre mixed-use project on a peninsula overlooking Old Tampa Bay in Tampa, Florida. The peninsula sits just off Westshore Boulevard which is one of the most desirable areas of Tampa. The Project will consist of 799 Class A apartments, 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, a 3-acre public gathering park, a public waterfront walking trail, and 50 boat slips. Phase 1 of the project will consist of 296 Class A apartments with water views and top of the market amenities including a resort style pool, fitness, an outdoor bar and lounge, a state-of-the-art club room, and a business center. Phase 2 will consist of 206 Class A apartments.
