Permit Pulled to Scale Back Renovations at 10 Winthrop Square
A permit has been pulled to scale back renovations to 10 Winthrop Square. The original $5M project included interior/exterior updates to the historic building along with the addition of a 7th floor. Now the permit has been adjusted and will not include the new penthouse level (plus the elevator addition needed) also calls for eliminating new window openings on the 3rd through 5th floors of the Downtown office building.
