Permit Request Filed for Porsche Tampa Expansion
Morgan Auto Group has plans to expand the Porsche Tampa dealership and has filed a building permit request with the City of Tampa. The plans call for 50,698-square foot addition, the renovation of 3,484 square feet and the demolition of 25,340 square feet. The dealership is located on a 1.96-acre site on Fowler Avenue near I-275.
