Permits have just been filed for a 10-story residential expansion at 526 Baltic Street in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood. Developed by , the expansion would add on to an existing, single-story commercial building, thus creating an 11-story structure. It would contain residential units and square feet of ground-floor retail.
