Permits Filed for 14-Story Mixed-Use Project in Crotona
Building permits have just been filed for a 14-story, mixed-use development, at 521 East Tremont Avenue (alternately addressed as 517 East Tremont Avenue) in the Crotona neighborhood of the Bronx.
Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This will likely come in the form of ground-floor retail.
Plans also call for 9,133 square feet of community facility space, a cellar level, and an open parking lot, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, 3-story commercial building, will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
