Permits Filed for 14-Story Supportive Housing Project in Mt. Hope
Building permits have just been filed for a 14-story, mixed-use development, at 1760 Jerome Avenue in the Mt. Hope neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by non-profit, supportive housing provider, , the building will contain residential units and 50,303 square feet of community facility space, likely to be dedicated to supportive housing. Plans also call for bicycle parking, a cellar level, a rear yard, and an indoor recreation area.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing commercial building will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
