Building permits have just been filed for a 15-story, mixed-use development, at 1477 Third Avenue on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Developed by , the building would contain residential condo units and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar level.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story commercial building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
