Permits Filed for 18-Story Residential Tower on UWS
Building permits have just been filed for an 18-story, residential tower at 211 West 84th Street on Manhattan's Upper West Side. Developed by , the building would contain condo units and a number of tenant amenities. In addition to this, it would offer square feet of commercial space, which would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the tower would stand feet tall and total square feet. Due to how the property is zoned, the lot is occupied by a number of different buildings. At this time it's unclear which or how many of these structures will be demolished for the project.
