Building permits have just been filed for a 19-story, residential development, at 138-32 Northern Boulevard in Flushing, Queens. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a large, enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. Two single-story retail buildings that currently occupy the lot would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
