Building permits have just been filed for a 47-story, mixed-use skyscraper, at 205 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights.
Developed by , the building will contain residential condo units and square feet of commercial space . This would likely come in the form of office space and/or ground-floor retail. Plans also call for multiple cellar levels and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, 6-story commercial building, will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
