Permits Filed for 5-Story Building in Sunset Park
Building permits have just been filed for a 5-story, mixed-use development, at 836 50th Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Developed by XQY LLC, the building will contain rental apartments, and 840 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar level. Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. A 2-unit multifamily building will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
