Permits have just been filed for a 5-story, mixed-use development at 14 Ralph Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Developed by , the building would contain residential condo units, square feet of commercial retail space, and a cellar.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The existing building on the property is currently home to the Holy Trinity Baptist Church, but this would have to be demolished. Luckily, the project plans also call for 59,052 square feet of community facility space, which suggests that the parish will have a home in the new development.
