Permits Filed for 7-Story Mixed-Use Building in East Village
Building permits have just been filed for a 7-story, mixed-use development, at 88 East 2nd Street in Manhattan's East Village neighborhood. Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar level.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Two existing, low-rise buildings, will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
