Building permits have just been filed for a 7-story, mixed-use development, at 1415 Ogden Avenue in the Highbridge neighborhood of the Bronx.
Developed by , the building will contain apartments and 30,701 square feet of community facility space. The property is owned by Unique People Services; a nonprofit organization that provides housing for formerly homeless people with HIV/AIDS, mental illnesses, and developmental disabilities. Based on this, it's fair to assume that the new development will be operated as a supportive housing facility.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, 3-story commercial building, will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
