Permits Filed for 7-Story Mixed-Use in Morrisania
Permits have just been filed for a 7-story, mixed-use development at 3273 3rd Avenue in the Bronx's Morrisania neighborhood. Developed by JF Real Estate Capital Inc, the building would contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar and an open parking area with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing commercial structure would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
