Permits Filed for 7-Story Mixed-Use in Parkchester
Building permits have just been filed for a 7-story, mixed-use development, at 2039 Westchester Avenue in the Parkchester neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , with construction to be carried out in-house under the name, , the building will contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail.
Plans also call for 2,994 square feet of community facility space, a cellar level, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, 2-story house, will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
