Building permits have just been filed for a proposed, 7-story, residential development, at 2303 Prospect Avenue in the Belmont neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments and 3,275 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for an open parking area, with enough room for vehicles.
