Permits Filed for 7-Story Residential Project in Tremont
Permits have just been filed for a 7-story, residential development at 2077 Ryer Avenue in the Bronx's Tremont neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a basement level. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 3-story mixed-use structure would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
