Permits Filed for 7-Story Residential Project in Williamsbridge
Permits have just been filed for a 7-story, residential development at 1039 East Gun Hill Road in the Bronx's Williamsbridge neighborhood. Developed by RBA Developers LLC, the building would contain rental apartments. and 1,524 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar and open parking for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 1-story commercial building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
