Permits Filed for 8-Story Mixed-Use in Crown Heights
Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, mixed-use development, at 1206 Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn's Crown Heights neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments and 2,262 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar level, and a small, enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The lot is vacant and the previous structure has already been demolished.
