Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, mixed-use development, at 906 East New York Avenue in Brooklyn's East Flatbush neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments and 7,024 square feet of community facilities. Plans also call for a cellar level and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. All buildings have been demolished at the project site, and the lot is now ready to excavate.
