Permits Filed for 8-Story Residential Building in Belmont
Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, residential development at 608 East Fordham Road in the Belmont neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level and an open parking area with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story mixed-use building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
