Permits Filed for 9-Story Rental Project in LIC
Building permits have just been filed for a 9-story, residential development, at 43-05 Crescent Street (alternately addressed as 25-10 43rd Avenue) in Long Island City, Queens. Developed by Weitao Shi, under the entity name of Central Realty LIC LLC, the building would contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar level.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, 2-story commercial building, would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
