Building permits have just been filed for a 9-story, residential development, at 155 South Elliott Place in Brooklyn's Fort Greene neighborhood. Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments (or possibly condo units). Plans also call for a cellar level, 51 open parking spaces, and an enclosed garage, with enough room for another 51 vehicles.
