Permits Filed for 9-Story Residential Project in Tremont
Building permits have just been filed for a 9-story, residential development, at 1806 Anthony Avenue in the Tremont neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , a nonprofit organization that provides housing for formerly homeless people with HIV/AIDS, mental illnesses, and developmental disabilities, the building will contain rental apartments. Plans also call for two cellar levels and a rear yard.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. A row of multifamily houses has been demolished in order to make way for the new development.
