Permits Filed for Allerton Residential Development
Permits have just been filed for a 7-story, residential development at 2311 White Plains Road in the Bronx's Allerton neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments and 6,157 square feet of community facilities. Plans also call for a cellar and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing commercial property with 4-retail units would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
