Permits have just been filed for a 12-story, mixed-use development at 260 West 126th Street in Harlem, Manhattan. Developed by , the building would contain residential units and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar, community facility space, and parking for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story, church-owned building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
