Permits Filed for Large School Building in Kew Gardens Hills
Building permits have just been filed for a 4-story, educational building, at 146-50 Reeves Avenue in Queens' Kew Garden Hills neighborhood. Developed by , the structure will become a 630-seat annex for John Bowne High School. Plans also call for a cellar level and an open parking area, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the building will stand feet tall and total square feet. The building will occupy unbuilt land and no major demolition will be required.
